First things first, let's get you into the Bandwindow software...

1. Visit bandwindow.io/login
2. Enter the email address that your account owner created your access under. It's typically your .edu email address.
3. If you are unsure of your password, simply press FORGOT PASSWORD and GET RESET LINK.
4. Go ahead and bookmark this page for easy access in the future. Bandwindow is optimized for Google Chrome.

Navigating A Person Card

Here, you will gain an understanding of the data you have on a person, including:

• Their interests (ie. their instrument, desired major)
• Their behaviors (ie. did they watch your promo video)
• Their appointments (ie. when have they scheduled an audition)
• The actions you can take on this person to bring them toward a desired goal

Looking Up Your Prospective Students
